Riyal Capital

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how KN & S Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 30 683 301 715), trading as Riyal Capital (“Riyal Capital”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you subscribe to the Riyal Capital Insider newsletter or otherwise interact with our website at riyalcapital.org.

1. Who we are (data controller)

The controller responsible for your personal data is KN & S Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 30 683 301 715), trading as Riyal Capital, registered at 377A Milton Road, Auchenflower QLD 4066, Australia. For any privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact us at info@riyalcapital.org.

2. What we collect

When you subscribe through our newsletter popup we collect:

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

4. Marketing communications and unsubscribing

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address. You can opt out at any time by using that link, from our unsubscribe page, or by emailing info@riyalcapital.org. We handle marketing consent in line with applicable laws including Australia's Spam Act 2003 and Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the US CAN-SPAM Act, and the EU/UK GDPR and ePrivacy rules.

5. Phone number

Providing a phone number is optional. If you provide one, a member of our team (a sales development representative) may contact you by phone to follow up on the updates and services you have requested. We do not sell or share your number with third parties. Where the law requires separate consent for certain calls or texts — for example under the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or Australia's Do Not Call Register rules — we will obtain it.

6. Accredited / qualified investors

Our communications are intended for institutional and otherwise eligible investors. For US persons, this means a Qualified Institutional Buyer or an Accredited Investor — broadly, an individual with annual income over US$200,000 (or US$300,000 combined with a spouse or spousal equivalent), or net assets exceeding US$1,000,000 excluding the primary place of residence. Investors outside the US, as well as partnerships and other entities, are subject to the eligibility rules of their own jurisdiction. By subscribing you confirm you meet the standard that applies to you.

7. Cookies and local storage

Our newsletter popup stores a small flag in your browser's local storage to remember whether you have already subscribed or recently dismissed it, so we do not show it again unnecessarily. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our website is hosted on Static.app and loads its forms script to handle form submissions, which may set functional storage needed for that purpose.

8. How we share your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the newsletter: Google LLC (your details are stored in Google Sheets) and Static.app (our website host and form handler). We do not currently use a separate email-delivery or CRM provider; if we introduce one as the newsletter grows, we will update this policy. These providers process data on our instructions.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country, including in Australia (where we are based), the United States (where our subscriber list is hosted with Google), and the other regions in which we operate — Canada, the United Kingdom, Portugal and the Asia-Pacific. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you remain subscribed and for 24 months after you unsubscribe, unless a longer period is required by law.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under Australia's Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, the EU/UK GDPR, and Canada's PIPEDA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to withdraw consent, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@riyalcapital.org. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Australia, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

12. Children

Our services are intended for professional and institutional audiences and are not directed to anyone under 18.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.
